Third user information

Seventh distribution
7.1 WeCardio HC will send the product (service) to you or to the receiving end or mailbox designated by the designated contact person. All the delivery time listed in this client is the reference time. The calculation of the reference time is based on the processing process and delivery time of the specific service.
7.2 WeCardio HC is not responsible for delayed delivery due to delay or inability to deliver orders as follows:

Eighth terms of ownership and intellectual property rights

Users can access the latest protocol at any time; users have the obligation to pay attention to and read the latest version of the protocol and client announcements from time to time. If the user does not agree with the updated protocol, he can and should immediately stop accepting the services provided by WeCardio HC client in accordance with this protocol; if the user continues to use the services provided by this client, he or she will be deemed to agree to the updated protocol. WeCardio HC recommends that you read this Agreement and the announcement of this client before using this client. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed null and void or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.
Eleventh laws governing and applying
The conclusion, implementation and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws in the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules). In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the applicable law, these Provisions shall be reinterpreted in full accordance with the provisions of the law, while other valid provisions shall remain in force. If any dispute arises between the Contracting Parties over the content of this Agreement or its implementation, the two Parties shall endeavour to settle it amicably through consultation. If the consultation fails, either Party may bring a lawsuit to the Continental Regional Court of the People's Republic of China with jurisdiction.

12.1 The owner of WeCardio HC client refers to the main body of Bosheng medical business licensed or filed by government departments according to law.
12.2 WeCardio HC respects the legitimate rights of users and consumers. The purpose of this Agreement and all kinds of rules and declarations issued on this client is to provide better and more convenient services for users and consumers. This client welcomes comments and suggestions from users and all walks of life. WeCardio HC will accept and revise this Agreement and all kinds of rules of this client in good time.
